I would not recommend Brody under any circumstances based on my experience. After several years of being represented by him, I can honestly say this was one of the most frustrating and disappointing professional experiences I’ve ever had. Communication throughout my case was extremely poor. Emails routinely went unanswered, phone calls were rarely returned, and I often had to repeatedly call or email just to get updates on my own case. UPDATE: After posting this honest review, Brody then sued me for defamation/libel. I responded to the courts and submitted a Motion to Dismiss and proof that my review was honest (18 pages total), to which he had 14 days to respond to the courts and he did not. The case was dismissed with prejudice on 10/4/ 2024. On 11/22/2024, 7 weeks after this matter was put to rest, he randomly went to my Google business page (he never had ANY dealings with my business in any manner) and wrote a 1 star review and "Avoid at all costs".
