We built our forever custom home with Valere and had a great experience. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great house. I had taken my custom home plans to Valere Homes around 6 years ago and they had a great plan set up on walking through situations, time frame for process during building, and helping with changes for city requirement codes needed. I know I probably drove Charles nuts with questions all the time, but everything did turned out wonderful on the house and they were even able to get us moved in 3 days before Christmas for my girls.
