In 2023 I was treated with chemotherapy along with an immunotherapy infusion for six treatments. On completion in December I was very weak, especially with hip and back pain. I have been under the supervision of Sarah at Valere Health since April this year. Sarah has created exercises to target and strengthen my weakest areas as well as encouraged me to use exercise as a means to build my immunity. Valerie Health were very friendly and welcoming.They were very thorough in getting all my information on to my program .Once they had my information sorted they move me onto the exercise machines ,weights and stretching exercises.I was fully supported on all forms of the program .A big Thankyou Cheers David

Morgan has been great. Very considerate with her advice, support and encouragement. After my first session progress was what I felt I needed at a pace I found not too hard or easy. I was shown many different ways to exercise and as I do not attend a gym Morgan adapted exercises for me to use at home.
