Aside from the therapists, who are great, this place has the best front office staff. The ladies at the front desk know all the parents by name and always greet you warmly upon arrival. I do not have an angel of child and they are always so patient and non-judgmental. I recommend the eastside location to people....

my son was seen for an evaluation for physical therapy and we learned a lot in the first visit! we highly recommend this place! everyone was very nice, patient and the therapist working with my son communicated clearly with us and was gentle with him
UPDATE 26 May 2022 After kindly asking for a fourth time, the owner, Joseph Sanchez did call me. He explained to me that he has been cheated out of money by clients and not reimbursed by Big Insurance, so he has decided to always ask the for the copay upfront. I thanked him for calling me and attempted to explain to him that all other clinics bill my secondary insurance for the copay. He refused to acknowledge me. He continued to tell me that "United Healthcare" has messed up claims, resulting in his company being owed money... read more
