I wasn't sure about when I first started with him. But his stories, consistencies, and no nonsense attitude keep me coming back. I'm so glad I met him, he has been a life saver. If you want someone who will just repeat "tell me more" and "mmmhmmm" then keep looking. He ties in what you're saying with his jesus'isms. HIghly recommended.
Mr. Valenzuela and staff are exceptional. He not only listens but provides insight whether you agree with him or not. I understand that it is his job to help, not fix. Therefore I am thankful and grateful for the services provided by this office!

I was very disappointed, he kept giving examples of things that were not even related to the issues. He is very unprofessional, very bias, judgemental. He ask.you a question, and after you answer it, he turns around and uses it against you. He does not have the child best interest at heart.

He hears what he wants to and is very biased. I believe he charged the insurance twice for a single visit. He was court appointed but not very good at what he does. The appointments were much more costly than other counselors in the area. If you have a choice, use someone else.
Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money Does this provider treat every client equally? No, they definitely favor certain clients
