We drove from Georgia to try Valentour’s and we were not disappointed! Possibly THE BEST Italian food we’ve ever had. We are from McMurray but moved south over 13 years ago. We always listen to WJPA on our Alexa and kept hearing their ads. So while visiting here this week, we decided to try it. Food is amazing! Service is warm and friendly and helpful. Atmosphere is quaint and the restaurant is very clean! We will probably come back any time we are back in PA! Highly recommend!
For starters, the building was absolutely beautiful and it felt like being in someone's home. We were immediately welcomed in by the chef who explained the menu. Everything was made to order and fresh. The homemade dressing was very good. The Harlot was pretty good, but wasn't spicy at all for me. My husband and I celebrated our 42 anniversary with dinner here. The food was AMAZING 🤩 Heather did a great job taking care of us. I work in the food industry and would ABSOLUTELY recommend valentours for dinner. I liked the way they served the food. Most restaurants your appetizer comes out then before you are done with that your salad comes out a couple of minutes later your meal comes. This place is a hidden gem! Food was excellent, service was on point from the waitress to the owners coming around to ask how your food was. Large portions of great, old style, Italian cuisine. Definitely worth seeking out!
We dined here with 7 people on 5/9/26. Our waitress was very knowledgeable about food and wine pairings. The food was pretty good all the way around. The meatballs were soft, but had a spice in them that I didn’t care for. The hot sausage was not spicy enough for me. That’s my only issue with the food.
