Zero stars! Wow. What an experience. If you’re looking for cold pizza, dirty tables, and staff who are fully committed to their cell phones instead of customers — this Valentino’s absolutely delivers. The place was visibly filthy and poorly maintained. I stood at the counter for several minutes without so much as a “we’ll be right with you.” Apparently scrolling is more urgent than acknowledging paying customers. Very disappointing experience at this Valentino’s. The entire place was dirty and poorly maintained. The staff seemed more interested in their cell phones than helping customers, and no one even acknowledged me at the counter for several minutes. I ordered carryout, and when I got home, the pizza was cold. It honestly felt like they handed me an order that someone else never picked up. No indoor place to eat as far as tables or counters, if it’s winter plan on for real to go only. Great consistent quality and great service however
