We just ordered from this location tonight. First time eating from this location. The staff there were absolutely amazing! From the time I placed my order to when we picked up our order. They were very kind, respectful, and caring. It is nice to see customer service this way again. The food was wonderful! It tasted amazing. Still hot and fresh when we got home, that was a 30 minute drive. We will definitely order from this location again. Thank you to the amazing team that was working tonight.
The pizza and breadsticks were fantastic
I am a life-long Valentino's fan, and I was extra impressed with the customer service I received today when we messed up our online order. I called this location and the gal I spoke to was kind and she promptly fixed our mistake. She even went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed in case something went wrong with the payment processing. I am grateful.
I recently visited Valentino's Italian Restaurant in Papillion, and it did not disappoint! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. We were seated quickly, which was a nice touch since it was a busy lunch hour.
