I called in an order picked it up and it was incorrect - I called to tell them and they proceeded to tell me that I would have to pay for my correct order since I received the food - when I went to get the correct order I asked again and they said their manager instructed them to charge me - horrible customer service
We ordered our food at 9:25 PM. Within 2 to 3 minutes after getting our food, they came out and said we close in 10 minutes, there’s the boxes if you need them. My food was really hot, which is great, but I couldn’t eat it yet. While the food was good, they probably should’ve told us before we ordered.
Food is always great. Love the pasta options.
