Terrible service and experience I went in to get a simple acid feed line. For one it was a woman and she wasn't nice and she didn't know anything about what I needed she kept looking up a different product she would ask what is it for and what does it go into I keep telling her all I need is this acid feed line she would again look up something I didn't need than she would say I need the brand lol I got fed up and said thank you and left. Terrible experience. No scheduling call, random guys showed up with no ID, and service was sloppy at best. They left my chlorinator empty, skipped brushing/vacuuming multiple times, and I ended up doing the work myself while paying them. When I sent proof the pool still needed cleaning, I got excuses instead of solutions. Unprofessional, unreliable, and not worth it. Switched to Aqua Techs and the difference is night and day.
David did an excellent job, servicing our pool.
Love coming to this store I’ve been helped tremendously by lizette, never once do i doubt she doesn’t know what she’s talking about and is extremely kind, she treats everyone equally. Talk about running the hell out of that store!
I’ve gone to valentines consistently i always go to the coors location and constantly get helped by a short blonde/brunette girl she’s very lovely and i believe she is the manager of the location she’s very knowledgeable and Very detailed. She has a lovely personality and I’ve heard her speak Spanish to other customers as well i love the fact they have Hispanic workers who are able to help out the community they are located by. She’s wonderful and i will continue to do business because of that lovely young lady!
