In my experience, the Valentine One Gen 1 and now the Gen 2 have been outstanding choices for informed driving.
As others have said there is no customer service. Ordered parts that never came. Emailed them with order number 2x. Never got a response. They must not care that there customer service is loosing them customers.
Simply the best!
Best radar detector, period! I have both Gen1 and Gen2. They have saved me thousands!
I got my first V1 in 1998 when I got my first Corvette, a 1997 C5. I upgrade to the V1Gen2 when it became available. This radar detector has been flawless for all these years and it has saved my from a lot of tickets.
