Update: I received a phone call from a very nice lady, who seemed really caring and understanding. She took back the blood pressure machine to make things right and alleviate any additional stress. She also said that she would personally handle my prescriptions in the future. I really appreciated the understanding and the gesture of good will, and for that I changed my rating.
