We stayed for 5 nights so had enough time to assess the hotel. There is only 1 plus point. Location is convenient- Walking distance to Central station / Hay Market / CBD / Darling Harbour. Everything else is not good. The room is super dusty and my daughter who is sensitive to dust kept sneezing everyday in the room non stop. The minute we step out of the hotel she stops sneezing. Housekeeping is terrible - They never provide fresh towels and used cups are not washed. In addition there is NEVER anyone at the reception. When ... read more

A Truly Wonderful Stay – Felt Just Like Home! My wife and I stayed here for 7 days, and from the moment we arrived, it never felt like we were staying at a hotel – it felt just like a sweet home. Perfectly located , clean rooms , comfortable beds and pillows. We couldn’t complain about our stay. Priced well for proximity to all things CBD. Would recommend
