Convenient location, clean, modern, but not much besides your room. The hotel was quite, and about 3 blocks from central station. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby.
Really? People expected 4star hotel at this price point?? Everything this hotel offers is amazing at this price range, big room, central location in major city, great bed and pillows.
오후 2시 이전에 도착했는데 호텔 현관문이 잠겨져있고 전화를 해주면 직원을 보내겠다는 안내문 하나만 달랑 있어서 국제전화로 전화해야했습니다..저녁에는 프론트직원도 퇴근하고 없어서 너무 불편했어요
事前にきちんと調べておけばよかったです。 場所はとても良く、部屋がかなり広いというのがこのホテルの良いところですが、私の感想としては、少なくとも四つ星ホテルとは全く言えないサービスの質とホテル全体の印象でした。 何より許し難いのは、通常チェックインができる14時の前後にホテルの前におり（看板がないので探すのが難しいです）、ドアに鍵がかかっている仕様のため（この時点で四つ星ホテルではない）、ドアベルを20分間鳴らし続けましたが反応がなく、やむを得ず国際電話をかけてスタッフにドアを開けてもらいました。 深夜でもないのにこのように手間をかけさせるホテルは異常だと思います。少なくとも先進国では見たことがありません。残念という印象が残りました。 通話料金分を返してほしいです。
