I paid this man 400 to fight a bogus landlord who was charging me fees illegally. This "lawyer" did nothing but possibly write one email. He never responded to my repeat requests for updates and information. I am now in collections and will have to pay them. I could have taken that money paid to him and wouldn't have this on my credit. He sucks
I haven't used this guy but I think Lisa is screwed because of much more than her mouth to mouth lease.

I very highly recommend that you not hire this lawyer! My husband hired in him in late 2018 early 2019. My husbands business partner stole all of the company money and hid it in an account for his self. Hired John to sue him. He did absolutely nothing for my husband, sometimes wouldn’t respond to him for up to a month or more at a time, he did not fight for my husband and never presented any evidence we would give him.
