I had a very disappointing experience at Valentine Medical Practice. The doctors came across as rude, arrogant, and completely uninterested in actually helping patients. It felt like they were just there to sign paperwork and move on as quickly as possible, without taking the time to listen or show any genuine care. Ive been a patient for over 30 years. New owners have destroyed this practice. Ill never return. All the original drs are leaving or have left. Waited over an hour for a morning appointment. Best to go somewhere else. Reception staff aren't the same as the old ones either. Not friendly or welcoming. Its sad.

we have been patients of this practice since moving to Valentine 13yrs ago. We decided to move to a different surgery for a number of reasons and were informed that it would cost $100 per family member (there are four of us) to transfer our medical records to the new doctor. We ended up doing a patient summary only which was free. i was told that the amount is set by the practice/new owners...other practices that i spoke to said theirs doesnt exceed $50pp

Appalling after change of owners. Left after 30 years of outstanding, personal service with quality doctors.
