I reached out to Jim to have him evaluate a residential structure for a client of mine. Rather than charge for an evaluation he provided another avenue that would better suite the needs of my client prior to needing his services. Based on this interaction I can tell that Jim is a very honest and straight shooting individual. You can very much tell that he puts his clients first, a breath of fresh air in the realm of business.
I called and explained an issue I'm having with warped wood in my attic that corresponds with dips in the ceiling below. The person I spoke to was able to determine, over the phone, that the cause of the problem may be the removal of a wall. He explained to me how I could go about having it fixed. He could have charged me for a visit, but chose not to. I very much appreciate the honest approach.
Done a couple jobs with Jim. Gets to the point, coordinates with me, reacts fast with a quote and gets the job done quick. Jim Valentine is an asset to Pueblo as well as getting projects done well and concisely.
