Started off with great service Dr Patterson is wonderful so is his assistant, I drove for my cleaning got there wasn't on the books, today 10 minutes after my appointment time I was told my hygienist called in sick. And I could wait a half hour for another hygienist, that would be good and well but people do have to work I know I do. I wouldn't really mind but it's an hour drive each way. I will not be coming back, and will never refer another patient to their office.
It started out great! Brandon is amazing so kind and gentle. But then there is Frank. Who was not do kind not so friendly especially when it came to my dentures. I had my dentures done a year ago January. He did 4 adjustments and said get used to them dentures suck. I left in tears and begun my journey of adjustments my self. Then I accidentally dropped mine and broke. I went to see if they would fix them and was told because I left in tears last Feb I need to find another dentist. My dentist for over a decade until I moved out of state. Wish I could've brought Dr. Frank and all the girls with!!!
So thankful for Dr. Patterson! Our family was traveling through the area when our son chipped two of his teeth. I called their office to see if he could be seen and they were able to get us in right away. The entire staff was so kind and made our son feel comfortable! Couldn’t be more thankful for them!
