I searched for a while to find a bronding/balayage spot in Seattle, and Valentine Collective is the perfect spot. I absolutely love this salon and can’t say enough fantastic words about Ella! She is so sweet and so talented. I always leave the salon absolutely loving my hair. I couldn’t recommend another salon in Seattle more!

I can’t recommend Ella enough. She is insanely talented and detail-oriented. My hair looks amazing every single appointment and I’m always left speechless!! She takes the time to understand what I want and always delivers. I am constantly getting compliments on my hair after seeing her. Truly one of the best hairstylists I’ve been to and will continue going to.

They have a terrible refund policy. I paid $100 deposit for an upcoming appointment on January 27th and I even though I canceled more than 3 weeks before they told me the deposit is non refundable and I could use it for another service, which I am not going to do because I find it outrageous and ridiculous. So be careful when you book an appointment, you need to be 100% you will be able to make it.

Moving from another country and trying to find a hairstylist I trust was a low key stress, but at VCo I felt heard and very well looked after. I have had my hair done by three different stylists and the quality between everyone was extremely high, I would feel super comfortable booking with anyone who works there. The vibe is lux and I love my hair every time I leave. Could not recommend them more.
