Surprising Good Seafood! When I first stepped into Sebastians, I was expecting your run of the mill seafood. However, as I tried my appetizer, I realized this was not the case. The asian calamari was one of the best seafood dishes I have tasted in recent memory. The main course was delicious! Definitely give it a try.
Fresh Fish and friendly service This restaurant proves the old adage that you shouldn't judge a book by its cover; or at least a restaurant by its front facade. This seafood restaurant is one of the best in the area. The chef and staff are wonderful. Although the outside is a little daunting with its beige paneling; I think you will be pleasantly surprised once you see the classical and elegant interior. We have gone to Valentina's several times and have always enjoyed ourselves. The food is delicious and the service is always prompt and courteous. We have enjoyed many dishes including eggplant parmagiana, scallops francaise, stuffed founder and the cheesecake is especially scrumptious.George and his staff do an exceptional job in making you feel at home. We highly recommend it!
