She was the first health care professional to listen to me and take my issues seriously in nearly a year. I left our appointment feeling like I could breathe again because I finally had someone who seemed genuinely concerned and was going to help me figure out what was going on. She was so knowledgeable and genuine and I really appreciated the extra time she spent with me to help me get the care I needed.
