This is a discriminative provider. Even considering one location being on the north side. I am a post op trans woman that does not produce T. Hormones are necessary for overall health and well being ranging from cardiovascular function, sleep, appetite, etc and more. Yet the provider said he doesn't provide for trans women, but the kicker is, BioTe says He is a provider to provide pellet implant therapy. I sought help for my PCOS. The doctor was nice and explained everything thoroughly. I was unfortunately referred to his affiliated hospital to complete bloodwork and was charged $5000 to my insurance just for 5 tubes of blood. I owe $900 out of that. I also owe the doctor $350 after insurance. That is the most expensive gyno visit I have ever had.
I sought help with menopausal symptoms. My appointment started on time. The doctor was extremely kind, good humored and helpful. He explained what tests were needed to best determine best treatment method. I look forward to my next visit. I have never said that about a gynecologist’s office before.
Dr Valentin is such a great doctor! He made me feel comfortable to ask any questions and he was very caring, helpful and professional. I will definitely continue to have him as my personal OB doctor.
