Felt welcomed as a new patient, but mainly I felt heard!
Only met Dr. Kolev one time for a minute or 2 , my first self visit was with Dr. Meghan I believe her name was, and I think she was a fellow or something working with him. She was excellent at explaining the surgery and helpful and pleasant to deal with. I also dealt with another associate another female doctor. I forgot her name and she too was very pleasant and Spoke with me on the phone a couple of times as well so I received a lot of support from his.
