A mass-production experience. Two fairly brief consultations with Dr. Antoci to discuss knee replacement Surgery at Miriam Hospital. Upon admission, I was placed on a gurney for the move to the prep-room. No one greeted me. Not a smile from anyone. A little reassurance would have gone a long way. Prep was done in silence.
