I ordered a Penfield Rangers backpack in hopes it would be ready for Christmas and Valenti Sports followed through from beginning to end with a smile. It took only 10 days to get an Adidas backpack with Logo and name on it. I was so surprised by the size of the store. The store is huge, it just keeps going and going. All the team items were in the back and I couldnt help notice all the footwear they carry. I was surprised agian to get a 30% discount card for all the footwear my family buys. Joe Valenti: owner, manager, name just happens to be on the building? Which I do not know for sure. What I do know is that he is arrogant, rude, and very confrontational. Not only will I never step foot in there again, if my childrens uniforms or warm-ups are to be ordered through them I will place my own side order with someone else or directly from the manufacturer. That is often at an additonal cost, but there are always others that wish to join me for the same reason. So its not just my opinion...
