Front desk support is excellent due to the kindness of the office manager. Very small old office. No flashy marketing ploys. Very reasonable pricing. Does not overbill patients. Does not overbill insurance. Very honest. I had 2 other quotes for twice the price and i liked her price and the fact that she does all her own work. no assistants doing anything. just her. her office manager called my insurance to find out what they cover. she fit my young daughter with braces. so far so good.
Dr. Valeni had me as a dental school patient, then my son, and finally my wife. I am very pleased with the results for my family.
She does a great job working on kids with cleft paletes. Glad we went to her for treatment.
