Horrible customer service...would NEVER buy another house from them...ever!! They took what should have been an incredible moment of our lives and turned it into an almost daily nightmare. We sold the house just so we never have to deal with ANYONE at Valente. We dealt with multiple reps from Valente including Peter himself and we have never had a worse experience with a builder...ever. I wish there was a 0 star rating for this!!

House is built well. Grading is extremely poor when you have to add 60 yards of soil to your yard. The drain is installed in the centre of your yard 2 ft below what final grade should be. Pipes in front yard 4 ft above grade not cut and bent.
