Katie and Andy have both gone in circles for me sorting out my Acce tra/DoorBird issues, and I appreciate it
We had concerns regarding our washer and patio cement. Patti was awesome! She responded first thing in the morning for both concerns. She solved both quickly and professionally. Thank you again
We moved in 1&1/2 ago and service has been great all is great love it here.
Horrible customer service...would NEVER buy another house from them...ever!! They took what should have been an incredible moment of our lives and turned it into an almost daily nightmare. We sold the house just so we never have to deal with ANYONE at Valente. We dealt with multiple reps from Valente including Peter himself and we have never had a worse experience with a builder...ever. I wish there was a 0 star rating for this!!
