Very friendly atmosphere. Everyone is enjoying their stay at Creekside and it’s close to all amenities which is helpful.
I rented an apartment at Kingstown Commons in 2024. The building was always clean, the unit itself was beautiful and Valente was easy to deal with. Loved my time there!
We’re living in one of Valente’s Lasalle buildings… Wonderfully clean, always smells lovely in the lobby…the Refuse room is clean and well managed, the Common Room is beautiful, and the tenants are kind. The building is also equipped with tons of safety features so we don’t have to worry about much of anything. The Manager, Nick Maltese, is amazing. He’s compassionate and cares for us here, any maintenance or general questions are answered within minutes. We love it here.
