Dr. Valencia's experience and knowledge shows. I have finally found a family doctor I trust and like. I trust him with his treatment and evaluation of adult male hormone issues. He is personable as well.
Needs to retire. All he does is talk and lecture you. Does not return phone calls. Can not get a prescription refill without an office visit and he charges you.
Has a very large ego will not listen.
After waiting over an hour I found him to be very impatient and condescending. Maybe he is a good doctor but I will find a good doctor who I am comfortable with, I would not recommend Dr. Valencia.
My experience with this office mostly lies with Jean and Julie since they were part of my now retired doctors practice and we as a family have seen them when they were brought on board with our doctor of over 30 years . At one point Dr. V was also in the same building and we did see him if needed and he was an excellent doctor for us then as well so we moved to him for our medical needs and are quite grateful he accepted us as new patients.Thank you kindly and sincerely all of you.
Dr. Valencia is a verbally abusive man who berates patients when his prescribed treatment doesn't work. Dr. Valencia put my mother on cholesterol lowering medication that did not work. He blamed her calling her a fat liar. He yelled at her so loud she was sure the patients in the waiting room could hear him. Dr. Valencia also failed to order a test for my mother 2 years earlier. He then demanded she have the procedure done immediately and refused to refill any of her prescriptions.
