On 03/08/26, I had an appointment for my dog for a routine check up at 8:30 AM. The receptionist walked us into one of the rooms and we waited for an hour for a vet, Dr Freddy Maza. We overheard the receptionist tell another customer that a vet called out the day before so they had to push all of his appointments onto the next day. The receptionist did not inform us that we would have to wait this long. Took my dog here for the first and LAST time because our vet of 18 years passed away. The reviews don't truly represent this business. Our appointment was for a general check up, we were on time and expected maybe a 10 minute wait, tops. The longer we waited, the more it seemed like we'd never see a vet but you keep thinking it can't POSSIBLY be much longer...and then you've already invested 45 minutes into the wait and you feel like you MUST BE next to see the vet... They make you wait an hour and the lecture you for another 15 min while your dog is there. Terrible service and lack experience with big dogs.
