I’m absolutely thrilled to be living here! Robb made the entire experience seamless—from the tour to the application process and move-in. His help was invaluable every step of the way. I feel so lucky to have found such an amazing apartment right in the heart of the Short North. Couldn’t ask for a better place to call home!
Robb was friendly and made the the application and leasing process extremely easy.
Moved in recently, and I only have good things to say. They were very willing to accommodate for my past rental history during the application process, and the location is located near most of the places I like on High St. The hallways are cleaned routinely, and everyone in the building is nice enough. There aren't a lot of amenities, but they do have bike parking in their garage which is honestly all I was looking for.
I just moved in in July and my experience was great. The property manager was intentional about being present in the building in case I had questions and was helpful in making sure everything was taken care of. The apartment was clearly cleaned. Ive really enjoyed living here so far!
