This a review of my brief time with this practice. They do not want new patients and will make you uncomfortable just for coming in. Don’t come here if you actually need help. They do not care. Never actually saw a doctor or anyone that could help me. This practice has the mentality and maturity of high schoolers. I found the entire staff to be respectful, knowledgeable, and more than eager to help.
I wanted to give this place five stars so badly. The doctors and staff here are wonderful. However I was referred to the UCLA Neuromuscular Clinic by one of the doctors for my CRPS diagnosis but they do not even help those with CRPS there. They also would send my number to voicemail. I was persistent but always kind so it was hurtful to be sent to voicemail when I just needed referrals faxed quickly so I can get help for my pain quickly. Overall, they were wonderful but those were my reasons for not having a full five stars.
Ashley and Dr. Mandy are top notch.I know with the Covid they are very busy and dealing with alot. With that said,they are doing an amzing job.Very nice and extra patient.Thank you so much!
