I been coming to this nail salon for 6 years just know yesterday you loss your favorite customer first you all messed up my brows with two women in the back a month ago and now yesterday the lady she was doing so well but she tried to rush my pedicure the lady literally put a towel over my pedicure did not moisturize my legs and feet or massage lotion on my legs and feet and I continuously complain to her my feet is dry could you give me a discount I’m literally talking to her in her face like mam I need lotion she continue ... read more
HATE THE WAY the staff does nails! Everything about my nails was ugly and I’m very easy to please! 1/10. not friendly and too rough!
Didn’t like service we asked for a certain design she did what she wanted and it ended up being way to expensive for a design we didn’t even want
Absolutely terrible service. Went in with my natural healthy nails, asked for builder gel on top, they told me $75 and then another $10 for a regular gel polish. That's a little much in my experience but I was willing to let them. They rushed through the service, filled my nails way too thin, and in less than 12 hours I had a nail ripped off. They don't do refunds and insulted me when I asked for my money back. They've ruined 8 month of nail growth in two hours.
I feel bad writing this because everyone was very sweet but I will not return again.. My acrylic nails popped… yes popped off 5 days in. Unfortunately no one truly could speak English they were using Google translate but they still definitely were not understanding anything I was asking my nails were 100% not what I asked for or what I wanted I have never had fake nails so much.
