Great place to attend. Amazing level of professionalism on every aspect. Highly recommended.
They are extremely competent and professional anticipating your needs. I was used to not being able to reach my doctor's office and even having to drive over on person for desperately needed refills. At Valencia, THEY CALLED ME, asking if I needed any refills!!! The office was packed, but the doctor saw me (more than the usual 5 minutes somewhere else) and I was outta there within the hour (instead of waiting for .hours,) of there were a ten, I would give them a ten. Magnific!
Very professional team. Everyone in the office is super nice, friendly and helpful. The place is very clean and neat. The attention of my Dr is always excellent, I love that he always takes time to respond and explain me all my questions and concerns.
Great service. Those that work there are kind and try to get things moving as fast as possible because it gets really busy. The doctor who helped me with my checkup and cardiovascular concern was encouraging and positive. Highly recommend.
Friendly and courteous service. The staff is very attentive addressing all your concerns regarding lab work or doctors appointments. The medical staff have amazing bedside manners and go that extra mile to address your health problems and concerns. I highly recommend this medical facility. 👌
