I live in the Cheyenne condos off Newhall Ranch Road and Hillsborough. I am getting nowhere with Valencia Management Group with regard to 9verall landscaping maintenance. Bushes are overgrown and need trimming. The pool area is a mess no umbrellas and rotting lounge chairs. The hedges around the pool are a foot overgrown. Sprinklers in the park area arent working properly. The flower beds are overgrown filled with 5 year old decayed wood chips. I live in Pacific Grove and on a Christmas/New Years holiday weekend Friday and Saturday VMG scheduled tree sawing & wood chipping from 730 in the morning. Thanks for destroying two of the only days the neighborhood could sleep in. This is just one example of the many “considerate services” you can expect. (Video in comments)
