Not senior friendly if for those who require full-time care from their children. I am the full-time caregiver (IHSS provider) for my 72 year old, disabled father. The park refused my wife from living with us because she was only 53 (and a half), even though we are legally married and I am my father's caregiver. It is unfortunate that his park does not value their seniors enough to allow their children to provide the care they need in their home.
