We have been without AC for over a month dealing with a home warranty repair. I called Joe Friday after the company left stating that they were going to have to do yet another repair to get our unit up and going, and he fit us in today and came out and we are finally with ac today. We are so grateful for his honesty and for getting us up and going because had we waited for the home warranty to get the claim back, then re-dispatch someone again we would probably been waiting another month more.
