I have been coming to this pediatric urgent care a couple of times now and i must say it The Doctor and the Nurse are the best. Doctor Valencia has so much patience and is very kind with my daughter.
I had a great experience. The staff was helpful and respectful. The doctor answered all my questions. He was kind and took his time. He made sure we understood what was going on and what steps to take in our baby’s care. Definitely would recommend coming here.
We had a wonderful experience at this pediatric urgent care. There was no long wait time, which was such a relief with a sick toddler. Dr. Jonathan Valencia was amazing—so patient, kind, and attentive. He really took the time to listen to all of my concerns and made sure we didn’t feel rushed at all. I have been to Dr. Valencia now a couple times and he has been do good with both my boys. We live in maspeth but don't mind coming out to see the dr here plus with the flexible hours it's always convenient, the fact that Dr. Valencia is also available to take your call even after they have closed. It's a statement that he truly cares for his patients. You looking for a great place to go and get the attention your child deserves then come here.
