Great place! Sarah is the best coach, and Giselle and Jordan are also fantastic. If you get to work with any of them, you’re guaranteed a great experience and the best outcome. I do think the newer coaches could benefit from more training, particularly when it comes to paying attention to form and making sure everyone is performing the exercises correctly. Awesome 30 minute HIIT workouts, for any level from beginner to advanced. The atmosphere is great and the coaching staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
I recommend this gym to everybody. I've been coming here for almost a year. This is the only exercise program that I have been consistent with. Staff members are motivating and kind. Other members have been friendly and encouraging. The classes are only 30 minutes and works with my work schedule. I dislike exercise in general, but we all know we have to do it in order to have a healthy life. Fit Body makes exercise not suck.
I have been attending the 10:15 class for the past 10 months and I feel great.My overall health has improved. I am able to sleep better. Giselle and Jordan are great coaches, they are always making sure we have the correct posture. What I like is that all the sessions are different and I am seeing results. I am very happy, I feel that I belong to my group. The facility is always clean and the equipment is excellent. Thank you! Adela Acosta
