Awesome gym—super welcoming, and you’ll definitely break a sweat. 💪 As a business owner, I used to drag myself to the gym with zero structure. Once I decided to join Fit Body, everything changed. The coaching and structure got me locked in, and now I’m completely hooked.
I've been going to Fit Body Bootcamp for a year now and it's changed my life for the better. The trainers are all knowledgeable and supportive, and they have built a fun, motivating community. The classes are only 30 minutes so, sadly, our excuses for not getting fit aren't valid. I feel better in my 50s than I have in a long time. Thanks, VFBB!
Valencia Fit Body Boot Camp has been amazing! I started going just a few months after they opened and I’m so happy with my progress. The facility is always clean and well maintained, and the coaches are motivating, knowledgeable, and supportive. Nikki and Kevin have built such a positive, welcoming community. The workouts and challenges keep things fun and effective, and everyone, coaches and members alike, are encouraging and kind. It’s just 30 min. You can do it. I love Fit Body Boot Camp. I have been a fan since 2012. Valencia Fit Body Boot Camp is my 2nd gym of the franchise I have attended. This type of workout is the only thing I have been able to stay consistent with. I have tried so many other workouts plans with other gyms, video programs and etc. But I just gave up. I can’t even imagine starting my day without Valence Fit Body Boot Camp. Not to mention it’s a great community of people and great coaches.
