The venue is beautiful, but our experience was completely overshadowed by unprofessional management and a staff that clearly prioritized profit over people. Our main contact, Paulina Varela, made a mistake on the contract — listing the start time as 6:00pm. This was discovered just one week before the wedding, long after invitations had been sent out. If you want your wedding night to be ruined, this is the place to book your special day. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. The ‘security’ wouldn’t let us in until 15 minutes after the contracted time and started kicking guests out well before the end time stated in the contract. I DO NOT RECOMMEND booking this venue.
Beautiful place. Very nice decor. There were a few things that made me not give it a 5 star rating. 1. There were weeds around some of the trees and along the flower boarders. They have turf grass all around the grounds, and this was an overlooked thing. 2. There were tables outside with decor and some of the tables had been knocked down by the wind and they remained like that for a few hours.
