I have lived in Valencia Estates for about 8 years. My Mom lived here since 1994, until her death in 2005. In that time, there were several monagers, but, none, and I cannot emphasize this enough, have equalled Mike and Cindy Krause. There were so many problems before they came. They run a tight ship but that makes it better for we residents who live here. I have been a year-round resident here in Valencia Estates for 6 years and have never had a problem with management. They have been friendly and compassionate to residents situations. The park rules are set up to protect the residents (no loud late night noises, no parking on street and blocking traffic, no trash in yard, etc.) When these rules are broken by residents, the only recourse by management is to confront the responsible resident in an attempt to rectify the situation. The rules are written not in favor of the residents, but in favor of management and owner.
