This review is on behalf of my mom. She hadn't been to the dentist in a few years, the dentist can be quite scary but everyone at Valencia Dental was so wonderful, welcoming, and put my mom to ease and made sure she knew exactly what was happening and what steps they needed to take. I absolutely love this office and their staff. Especially Ms. Dr. Syed & Ms. Jocelyn! A power team for sure. I have SO much anxiety when it comes to the dentist but they have helped me through the process. I’ve had a big cavity & they’ve replaced two of my front teeth. No pain! Now, my anxiety is more just until I get numb. Each time I see them, my worries become a thing of the past. I highly suggest this office. The care team at Valencia Dental Group is phenomenal. Anytime I have gone in for treatments the front desk staff has always been friendly, patient, and incredibly personable! Everyone at VDG really cares about their patients. The staff really makes an effort to make the patient feel comfortable and I've never left the dental office feeling unhappy. Specific shoutouts to Raya and Rabia Arif for their exceptional display of care, skill, and hospitality.
I couldn’t be more disappointed with my experience. To start, I called in because I needed new retainers. My insurance referred me here because they offered both dental, orthodontics and pediatric care, which was important to me as a busy working mom and didn’t want to have to run around for my appointments. When I called to schedule my appointment for the retainers, I was told that I would need X-rays and a cleaning first, but they could handle that along with meeting with the orthodontist.
