Nice community with plenty of activities and amenities. Found it to be too busy. Great location near shopping and close to the hospital. We toured a few homes. Overall, the new homes were okay. I noticed some quality issues with the flooring and finishes. We also toured resales that were constructed just a few years ago. IMO, some of the homes have not aged well and some parts of the neighborhood felt claustrophobic.
Here for work paving new streets.
