I was having neck and shoulder issues and sought treatment from physical therapy and a chiropractor, which were helpful. However I was still not as comfortable as I wanted to be. Megan assessed me, asked questions, confirmed the exercises I was already doing and added one more. The addition made a huge difference. Although I’m still not completely pain free I am much more comfortable.

Five stars for Megan @Valencia Bodywork! I have been around the block a time or two when it comes to interventions for a variety of physical ailments. All have been helpful but none more so than the Rossiter method that Megan practices. I have been to see her only three sessions. I felt noticeably better after the first one. But after the second session I was amazed that I was 90% better, as pain free as I have felt for years. Valencia Bodywork is amazing. I don’t know if my body could function without Megan’s work. I have been going to her for years as my LMT and was skeptical about the Rossiter work. Now I prefer it over a massage any day. I get so much relief. If I could give Megan 10 stars I would. I highly recommend her. She is extremely knowledgeable and talented at the work she does.
