Don't use this body shop!!!!!!!! Terrible service! Wasted time and money...but will still get paid by my insurance company even though I have lost money waiting, waiting, and waiting for my car and paying for a rental. Its been over 30 days now and I haven't even seen the car since dropping it off in November. For your own piece of mind, don't subject yourself to this experience.
Service Can't be Beat I've had to use Valencia Body Shop a few times over the last few years. Each time I am very impressed at their fast service and quality work. They have inhouse insurance specialists who are credentialed with the major insurance companies, so they can have your repair approved and parts ordered the same day as your visit.
Valencia Body Shop No one likes anything to happen to their cars but when it does you want a company that will do a good job. These folks were knowledgable and curtious and handled our repair in a timely manner. They use new parts not used so you feel your car has never been hit when you get it back. They deal with the insurance companies which takes the pressure off me. It was good experience dealing with true professionals.
