5 Star service, but no complimentary vehicle during my service which caused me to either reschedule and/or change all my appts/schedule for the next 2 days. Quit an inconvenience.

This dealership doesn’t have enough resources to service their customers. I have a new bmw with 7 year complete maintenance warranty and I was told that I will always get a loaner with any service request. And here they told me they don’t have any loaner for 2 weeks. That is ridiculous. So I had to postpone maintenance and got only oil change before going on a long driving trip. I will never go here again even if I have to drive half an hour to go to Rusnak for service.
Service advisor, Roberto Perez always goes above and beyond my car service needs. He is pleasant and ensures my services are completed within a timely manner. He keeps me informed throughout the process. I only use Valencia BMW to service my car from oil changes, brakes and any other services needed. The entire service team has always been friendly.
The service was good but extremely costly.
