Arly was so professional & kind. I had to get towed to their dealership and was stressed. He made the experience smooth & ensured I'd get my tire replaced that afternoon. I really appreciated his kind demeanor. I wish I lived closer to make them my dealership. Great experience!
I had a blowout on one of my "run flat" tires and had to limp into Valencia BMW late Saturday afternoon. I was greeted by the guys who took a look at my tire and confirmed the problem. The Service Advisor was Taylor. They examined the other 3 tires and only 1 had decent tread life remaining. She was quick to provide a quote, tell me about available promotions, and to get the tires replaced ASAP. She has had great communication along the way.
