Taylor at BMW in Valencia was absolutely wonderful! She made setting up and rescheduling appointments so easy and smooth and even set up a (beautiful) loaner car while mine was getting serviced. She was always on time and worked fast which helped since I'm a very busy mom!
Worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I get no answer when I call and no call back. I’ll text the number they give u to text and I might get a response hours later. I have no idea what’s going on with my car. Was suppose to be ready on Tuesday then that changed to Wednesday and now it’s Saturday and my car still isn’t ready, I called but of course no answer and no call back.
