Valencia at Willowcreek has been a life saver for our family. Our mother fell 6 1/2 years ago and broke her hip and fractured her ankle. She moved into the facility in May 2018. Even through the Covid pandemic she was safe and well cared for. The staff has been amazing! Our mother feels safe and extremely content. Her room is cleaned weekly. This place is AMAZING! My mother has been bouncing around care facilities for the last 3 years and while some were ok (most were horrible) she finally found a home here. Before she came to Valencia she was very reculsive barely leaving her room and I had to bring almost every meal for her every day. Once we found this place everything changed. I love coming to Valencia because of the wonderful atmosphere. I always have great experience when I visiit. The staff is friendly and the environment is fantastic and it feels like home away from home.
I've been working here for quite awhile and I would have to say this community is the best. The residents are amazing and the staff are wonderful. The new management is really great. Super lucky to be working here!
I toured with Kaylyn and this building is so nice. Kaylyn did a great job showing me everything that would add quality to my mom's life. The rooms are spacious, the staff was so friendly. Kaylyn knows her stuff! When the timing is right, we will definitely be choosing this community!
