Very disappointing experience. Despite several attempts to contact management, they have not responded. Their actions appear improper, and I will be pursuing my rights through FDACS. Unprofessional and unacceptable.

I am disappointed with the housing in this place, I am a registered resident, my car was towed in a place where I could have parked and no one tried to resolve my case (my car is paid for and insured), they just had it towed, simple as that... I do not recommend it to anyone who has a car or is a worker!
