Valencia is community and old fashioned community where we know our neighbors. We socialize together and we needed we help each other. There a lots of activities, book groups, monthly gatherings for brunch or dinner at the club house, weekly card games, weekly bike riding group, weekly mahjong playing, and individual events. A pool and clubhouse along with a short walk to the beach

Beautiful place.
Been my second home for over 20 years now and unlike a lot of places, it hasn’t gotten worse with time. Lovely neighbors and beautiful well-kept property. Very dog friendly community, too, for residents. Access to the beach is priceless. Condos are sturdy and quiet, it’s rare you hear neighbors through ceilings and floors. I plan on living here for many more decades to come!
