They're already on my call back list. What I liked the most about the technician was his efficiency and his expertise in fixing up the problem. It was Leo, the assigned technician who fixed my dryer that was not spinning perfectly. He quickly diagnosed the issue and then explained in great detail the repair options with a quote. I was impressed with the quality of his work. It was an outstanding service.

A minute later, Alex came out to fix our cooktop that was not igniting. I was beyond impressed with the quality of work and professionalism. He identified the problem right away and was able to fix it perfectly within an hour. It was a nice experience working with him. So happy that everything was fixed excellently and it can be useful again. Superb service!

The service was exceptional! The technician called me when he was 30 minutes away, which was great as I did not have to sit and wait for hours. He was extremely helpful and professional. He had my refrigerator that was over freezing fixed in less than an hour at a very reasonable price. He also took the time to explained everything, which I appreciated. Thank you!
