Please save your time attempting to rent from this apartment manager. I was in constant communication with her - she told me there was only myself and one other applicant and it was first come first served whomever got “payment” in for their application first. Not true. I did. She also told me Dobler Management doesn’t allow co signers unless you’ve never rented - also not true because I have a co signer on my current Dobler residence and I’ve had years of positive rental history.
