I haven't had a good experience just as many others haven't. If the manager who says she's going to meet you at her office at a certain time and she don't show up and she doesn't call you back. Evidently they're given too much leeway and they're not being watched over properly...!!

Management is unorganized and unprofessional. My boyfriend and I had inquired about an apartment for an August move in date. We were told that they had something coming up but wouldn’t know the specific move in date until July 11th but we should apply early since we have a flexible move in date. So we did. We called to check in and were assured that we on the waitlist. July 11th comes and goes and no word. We moved into these apartments in 2022 and they were lovely, until they got a change in management. We dealt with a mouse infestation for 6 months and were repeatedly disregarded. They gave us traps and told us that we were the only tenants with this problem and an exterminator was too expensive. I found out after that two of our neighbors were also dealing with mice. Please save your time attempting to rent from this apartment manager. I was in constant communication with her - she told me there was only myself and one other applicant and it was first come first served whomever got “payment” in for their application first. Not true. I did. She also told me Dobler Management doesn’t allow co signers unless you’ve never rented - also not true because I have a co signer on my current Dobler residence and I’ve had years of positive rental history.
