Without the quick response from the team in Valemont. I would not be posting this. My story started October 13 , with a visit to friends of my sons/ myself for dinner prior to heading home to Alberta. I have a pacemaker for past heart condition and this time it actually was working with several shocks the staff were on the ball steps were taken fast and with absolute seriousness. Got avoid by them like the plauge
Ladies at reception are great. Management, however, is lazy and careless. Quick to screw me over for $160 for an incomplete form I shouldn't have paid for to begin with. Who expects a doctor to leave a question blank on a form that costs money, though? Apparently, I should have. Bottom line, I was not informed the question was left blank, paid for the form, which was then obviously useless to me, and now they'd rather unfairly keep that money than deal with the billing process to refund me. Awesome.
Nice and very helpful doctors/staff. Very efficient.
The best staff I’ve ever been around. I instantly loved all the people and they went above and beyond for me. Thank you everyone.
